3CX hosting options · Titanium Partner
Hosted 3CX for UK businesses
Moving your phones to the cloud shouldn't feel like a leap of faith. We host 3CX on our own private cloud in Equinix's London data centres, watch it around the clock and pick up in three rings when you need us. If self-hosting or hosting with 3CX directly suits you better, we'll tell you that too.
How we host your 3CX
We take hosting as seriously as the phone system itself
Hosting is easy to overlook, but it's what keeps a modern phone system secure and reliable. Every system we manage runs on our private cloud in Equinix's London data centres. As a 3CX Titanium Partner, we take on the provisioning, installation and monitoring so you don't have to think about it, and we will always stay close afterwards in case anything changes.

Resilience built in
Your phones stay up, even when hardware fails
Every system we host is protected against hardware failure as standard. If your business can't afford even a few minutes offline, you can step up to ultra high availability.
High availability
Your 3CX virtual servers are load balanced across two physical hosts, with automatic failover if one fails.
Ultra high availability
Your system is replicated to a standby instance that takes over immediately, for businesses that can't tolerate more than a minute or two of downtime.
Not sure which you need? We'll talk it through and recommend the right fit for your business.
Getting you hosted
What happens if you book a consultation?
No jargon, no rushed decisions. Here's what happens once you get in touch.
We talk through which option suits your business
Self-hosted, hosted by 3CX or fully-managed with us, we'll tell you plainly which fits your business, and why one of the others might suit you better.
We provision and install it properly
Your instance is set up, secured and tested by people who've done this hundreds of times, not a script run once and forgotten.
We keep watching over it, and over you
24/7 monitoring, managed updates and encrypted backups, with the same people on hand if your business changes or something needs attention.
In their own words
“James Howard-Dobson and his team were extremely helpful in migrating us from our previous provider, responding with grace to challenges encountered along the way. Our service is now running very smoothly.”

Hosted 3CX questions
Hosted 3CX: your questions answered
What is hosted 3CX?
Hosted 3CX means your 3CX phone system runs on servers in a data centre instead of a box in your office. Your team makes and takes calls from desk phones, mobiles and laptops, and someone else keeps the system running, secure and up to date.
Where will my 3CX be hosted?
On our private cloud in Equinix's London data centres, with a 99.99% uptime SLA. Every system is load balanced across two physical hosts as standard, so if one fails, yours carries on within minutes.
How much does hosted 3CX cost?
3CX is licensed per system by simultaneous calls, not per user, so you stop paying for phones that aren't ringing. Our fully managed hosting is a fixed, all-inclusive price with no per-user add-ons. See our 3CX pricing or request a quote for your setup.
What's the difference between self-hosted, hosted by 3CX and fully managed?
Self-hosted means you run and support it yourself. Hosted by 3CX means 3CX runs the server, but support is paid per ticket and there are limits on calls and devices. Fully managed means we host it, update it, back it up and support it, with SIP trunks included. Every option works with any 3CX license edition you choose.
Can you move our existing 3CX system to your cloud?
Yes. We follow a four-step migration plan and use temporary numbers where needed, so your phones never go dead during the switch. See how switching works, or read how we moved a testing business to the cloud in 7 days.
Will I need new phones?
Usually not. Most handsets work plug and play. If you do need new ones, we pre-configure the hardware before it arrives, so it works the moment you plug it in.
