What we collect

Name, email, phone, company, message content, and any extra quote fields you submit. We also store technical data such as IP address, consent choices, and marketing tags from the URL (utm source, medium and campaign).

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, provide hosted 3CX and support, send service messages, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with

GoHighLevel (CRM), Resend (email), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot checks), and Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager if you consent. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we have a business relationship and for up to seven years where we need them for tax or contract records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can complain to the ICO. Email sales@zen.systems to start that request.
