New tenant registration

Use this form if you are moving into a Zen Systems managed building. It tells us who is on site, how to reach you, and which services should be active on day one so billing and support are ready before you arrive.

Complete every required field, then submit. We review new registrations on working days and will email the contact named on the form if anything is missing. Existing customers who need a billing or number change should use billing or port request instead.
