All of our Cloud Calling plans include free minutes, starting from 500 UK minutes with the Connect plan and all the way up to Unlimited* free minutes with the Collaborate plan.

Our Cloud Calling hosted voice service works with a wide range of VoIP handsets, but they aren’t essential, especially if you’re working from home. The easiest and most cost-effective way to start making calls is with our iOS and Android apps and browser-based clients.

Connect hosted voice plans are perfect for businesses that need low-cost telecoms with all the features of a traditional phone system for just 12.50 per user per month, with 500 UK minutes* included per user account.

Communicate hosted voice plans are for businesses that need call queues, with advanced reporting and management of queue agents. For 17.50 per user per month the plan includes switchboards and wallboards that provide live call stats across all of your teams and departments. The Communicate plan also includes Call Recording and 1000 UK minutes* per user.

Collaborate hosted voice plans are for businesses that need an advanced calling solution. With CRM integrations, Voicemail and Call Recording transcriptions and chat that integrates with your website, this is the plan that has everything. At just 22.50 per user per month the Collaborate plan also includes Video Conferencing with Webinar and Classroom features for up to 100 simultaneous participants and Unlimited UK minutes**.
