How easy is it to set up and what support is available?

It’s straightforward and you don’t need any technical expertise.

Your Cloud Calling hosted voice service will be ready to use as soon as you receive your Welcome Email or plug your phones in.

We’ll help you set up the system and make sure that everything’s working OK. We’ll also give you access to some self-help guides and videos, in case you’ve got any questions later.

And if you need support at any point, we’ve got a team of Cloud Calling experts waiting to help you.

What if I use more than my free minutes?

Do I need to download any software?

No. Our Cloud Calling service will work with physical handsets or in a WebRTC compatible web browser like Chrome or Firefox. If you want to you can download the desktop application for both PC and Mac, and/or the Android or iOS applications from the relevant App sotres. The downloadable applications are subject to the following End User Licence Agreement
